You find 7 recipes, which were created by top chefs with overall three Michelin stars. In addition, several experts have contributed with 7 interesting essays about insects as food. „Grillen, Heuschrecken & Co.” (available in German only) was published by the AT Verlag in September 2016.
The cookbook was written by Essento’s Co-Founder Christian Bärtsch and former product developer Adrian Kessler.
