Changing your order or delivery address
After you have sent your order you can still send us changes in your order (products or quantities) or your delivery address, in case the order hasn’t been finished and sent already. Send us an email.
To place an order a customer account is not necessary. If you order regularly in our shop, we would recommend setting up an account, as your address details are stored for future orders. Additionally, you can keep an overview of all your orders. You can delete your account anytime and ask for deleting of the stored data. Just send us an email.
Data protection, terms and conditions
Your delivery needs to be sent to a different address than the invoice? Just add the delivery address in the checkout form. If we have no further notice from you, we will send the invoice together with your order.
The delivery costs are CHF 9. If the order value is higher than CHF 80, we cover the costs for the delivery for you.
For an express delivery to include a surcharge of CHF 5 for our additional expenses. Please clarify in advance, whether the express delivery is possible (via email or call us +41 78 705 24 71).
The delivery time usually takes 2 working days with PostPac Priority, if no other agreement is made.

For your order in the Essento Shop, the following payment methods are available:
- Paypal or credit card (via Paypal)
All possible payment methods are shown in the check out. If you redeem a voucher, you need to choose one of the payment methods mentioned above, as vouchers are not valid for the delivery costs.
The products should arrive in the right quality at your home. Therefore, we package them careful and if needed with additional packaging material. Please recycle accordingly.
You need an express delivery, large quantities for your football club or frozen insects? Send us an email. We are happy to help.
Store your insects and insect products in dark, cool and dry location in their package or in a securely closed container. If they are stored for too long, the insects become bitter and mouldy.
