The Insect Burger is based on ground organic mealworms from our partner farm in Aargau.
Regional ingredients and spices provide a special kind of taste experience, while at the same time protecting the environment. Insects can be kept Co2 neutral and have a very low space and water consumption throughout their life cycle.

Organic mealworm (Tenebrio molitor) 24 % from CH, onions, wheat gluten, rapeseed oil, water, bulgur, carrots, tomato powder, mushrooms, spices (paprika, salt, garlic, coriander, pepper, allspice, parsley), soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), lemon juice, stabiliser: methyl cellulose, beetroot powder.
