Delivery areas

We deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Insect fans from Germany and the EU order directly from our EU online shop.

Delivery times

The delivery time is normally 2 working days. Unless otherwise agreed, deliveries are made by PostPac Priority.

Shipping fees

The shipping costs are CHF 9.00. From an order value of CHF 80.00, we will pay the shipping costs for you.

The shipping costs will be clearly indicated again in the shopping cart system and on the checkout page. The shipping feess include the statutory value added tax. Since the VAT on the shipping fee is calculated depending on the purchased goods, the flat rate shipping fees can only be finally calculated during the ordering process.

Guaranteed minimum shelf life

When your order is shipped, our products have a minimum shelf life of 4 weeks, often much longer.
